I was able to pick what I wanted from menu with ease. I was even able to add special request to order! Plus I was ordering for 12 hours ahead of time, that's great! When I went to pay, the account with chow now it wanted me to set up would not work. I filled in the four easy lines of information and it wouldn't go any further. Tried twice and gave up. Bummer! I didn't see anywhere to input your number for their rewards card either.
